Refund policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
